Incredibly kind, patient, and has so much experience! Could not be happier and so efficient in working with difficult skittish cats. Recommend more than anyone else. Thank you!

What a great company, Jon Erik and his team did an amazing job for me from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. Their motto must be “We aim to please,” and they certainly did. I highly recommend their services, you won’t be disappointed. Don’t call another company, they are the best!

I’m old school, Jon did exactly what he said he would do. A man of his word. Very satisfied.

Had ArbSmart out to cut some limbs on several trees in my yard and they did a great job. Very fast response times, great communication, and pleasant to work with. Jon-Erik came out same day to get me an estimate and they had the work completed about a week later. Very knowledgeable about all things trees! Definitely will be using them again for any future needs and highly recommend to anyone else looking for some tree work. Thanks!

Jon-Eric and his crew did a great job trimming a huge oak tree overshadowing our pool. This tree had been neglected for years and I couldn’t believe that they hardly got any debris in the pool. They also trimmed two other trees and did a super job cleaning up. I would highly recommend these guys for any tree work you may need!

I had a wonderful experience with ArbSmart Total Tree Care and highly recommend them for your tree care. Jon-Erik Harkins is an ISA Certified Arborist working in the Cumming, GA area. He and his wife, Jessica, spent several hours rejuvenating my two beloved Japanese maples that had been neglected and ant infected, see below pictures. Despite all the trimming they did, there was no mess left behind.

This is my second or third time using ArbSmart Total Tree Care but it won’t be my last. In a prior experience, Jon saved me hundreds of dollars by telling me to remove a tree instead of trying to treat it, although it would have been in his financial interest to do such.

Very kind and helpful people. Offered prompt after hours service and even suggested we could wait it out until the AM and see if that worked.

I had a tree that was going to follow my garage so I called Jon and he came out and took care of it. Would highly recommend him for any of your tree needs. Very reasonably priced. Just give him a try you won't be disappointed!
